It is important to realise that this fat is not being removed from the body – it will be transported to the liver for metabolism. To achieve the best results, you need to exercise following treatment for about 20 minutes, you should drink 2 litres of water and avoid alcohol or saturated fatty foods for 72hrs, to help disperse these moved fat cells to further support the overall result and your body’s natural elimination processes.

You may experience mild heat and slight redness in the treated area – aloe vera may be applied to cool the area if necessary, though this will pass quickly. This is a perfectly normal reaction after treatments; the skin will settle very quickly.

You are advised to avoid excessive heat (hot baths, direct sun) for at least 48 hours after your treatment and aloe vera or a neutral, unperfumed moisturiser should be used on the area.
