Yes, but it depends on the type of appointment you book, as we prepare the product ahead of time.Most clients have treatment without a separate consultation. Some clients prefer a separate consultation on a different day.If you have booked a consultation-only appointment, no treatment will be carried out during this visit.If you have booked a treatment appointment, your consultation and treatment will take place during the same session.If you cancel your treatment appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies. This is due to the clinical time reserved for your appointment and the preparation of the product, which is done in advance of your treatment.

Bio-remodeller vs Biostimulator:Profhilo® Structura is a bio-remodeller, working differently by improving tissue quality and supporting skin and underlying structures using stabilised hyaluronic acid.Sculptra® and Radiesse® are biostimulators, designed to stimulate collagen production over time for long-term structural improvement.

Profhilo Structura Noticeable: Subtle improvements in hydration, elasticity, and skin smoothness can begin to appear within 2–4 weeks. Optimal: Best results are typically seen after 2 treatment sessions, around 6–8 weeks after your second session. Duration: Results usually last 6–12 months, depending on your skin condition and lifestyle. Radiesse (Hyperdiluted CaHA) Initial: You may notice a slight plumping effect immediately after treatment due to the gel carrier. This is temporary and usually settles within a few days. Noticeable: Skin quality and firmness improvements typically begin from 4–6 weeks as collagen production increases. Optimal: Full results develop gradually over 2–4 months, with continued improvement over time. Duration: Results typically last 12–18 months. Sculptra (PLLA) Initial: There is usually little to no immediate visible change, aside from temporary swelling from the injection fluid. This helps to gradually improve skin firmness, elasticity, and overall quality, with results that develop progressively and tend to last longer.Dermal fillers provide immediate volume and shape by physically replacing lost structure beneath the skin. Most biostimulator treatments require at least 2 sessions spaced approximately 4–8 weeks apart. Please plan your appointments in advance, allowing sufficient time between sessions and before any important events.As with all injectable treatments, there is a risk of bruising and swelling. Bruising is usually small, but some bruising can last up to 2 weeks, so we recommend avoiding booking your treatment too close to important occasions such as holidays, weddings, or social events.To ensure optimal healing and results, please avoid the following for at least 2 weeks after treatment:Dental treatmentsFacials or skin treatmentsMassage or facial manipulationOther aesthetic treatments to the area

Treatment is generally well tolerated, although some mild discomfort may be experienced. For safety, a blunt-tipped cannula is used to deliver the product through one or two entry points on each side of the face. You may feel some pressure, pushing or mild discomfort during the procedure. Your practitioner will explain the technique and help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment. It takes around 10-15 minutes each side.After the treatment, you may experience some mild tenderness for the first 24- 72 hours.

You can have Radiesse or Sculptra for the neck, but we prefer to use Radiesse for the Neck & Décolletage.Although both Sculptra® and Radiesse® are excellent collagen biostimulators, we generally recommend Hyperdilute Radiesse® for the neck and décolletage.The neck and décolletage have naturally thinner skin and are in constant motion due to everyday activities such as turning the head, talking and swallowing. When Radiesse® is hyperdiluted, it spreads more evenly throughout the superficial tissues, making it particularly well suited to treating larger, delicate areas where the aim is to improve skin quality rather than restore volume.For these reasons, Hyperdilute Radiesse® has become our preferred choice for rejuvenating the neck and décolletage, helping to improve crepey skin, fine lines and loss of firmness while maintaining a natural-looking result.Sculptra® remains an excellent treatment for facial collagen stimulation and volume restoration, where its unique collagen-building properties can provide outstanding long-term rejuvenation.

Sculptra® and hyperdilute Radiesse® may both form part of a personalised facial and neck rejuvenation plan. At Westfield Clinic, we schedule these treatments at separate appointments to allow each treatment area to be assessed individually and the response to be reviewed before proceeding with the next stage. To ensure the best possible results from your Bio-Stimulator treatment and to minimise any risks or side effects, please follow the aftercare instructions below: Immediately After Treatment·        You may experience mild swelling, redness, or small bumps at the injection sites. This is completely normal and should subside within 24–72 hours.·        Avoid touching the treated area for at least 12 hours to reduce the risk of irritation or infection.·        Refrain from applying makeup for at least 12 hours, especially on or around the injection sites.·        The treated area will feel slightly tender to the touch or with extreme facial expression. If bruising occurs, it will typically resolve over 5-10 days. Applying Arnica gel or bruise creams may help for a quicker recovery.·        If needed, you can gently apply a cold compress (not directly on the skin) to reduce swelling or discomfort.·        The area can be gently washed with a gentle cleanser or micellar water in the evening.·        Follow the 555 massage rule if you have had Radiesse or Sculptra* First 24–48 Hours·        Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin or anti-inflammatory medications, unless prescribed — these can increase the risk of bruising. Paracetamol is ok.·        Do not engage in strenuous exercise, swimming, or anything that causes excessive sweating.·        Avoid hot environments such as saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, or very hot baths/showers.·        Sleep with your head slightly elevated (2 pillows) for the first night if possible, to reduce any minor swelling.​ First 2 weeks·        Avoid extended sun and UV exposure, including sun beds and temperatures below 0 degrees for two weeks.·        Avoid heat treatments such as sauna and steam for two weeks. Skincare & Hygiene·        Continue your usual gentle skincare routine but avoid any exfoliating products, acids (e.g. glycolic/salicylic), retinoids or vitamin C serums for 48–72 hours.·        Keep the area clean and moisturised to support skin healing, ideally a hyaluronic acid based skincare product.·        Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily to protect your skin.  * 5-5-5 Massage rule - For Radiesse and Sculptra onlyThis step is very important as biostimulators cannot be dissolved if nodules form-  massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 consecutive days after the injection, to ensure the biostimulator disperses evenly, promotes collagen stimulation, and helps prevent the formation of lumps or nodules. This aftercare is crucial for maximising the treatment's effectiveness and achieving smooth, natural-looking resultsWhat to Expect Over TimeYou may not see immediate visible changes. Results will develop gradually over the coming weeks, as your skin produces more collagen and elastin:Profhilo - optimal results are typically seen around 2 weeks after the second treatment.Radiesse - you may notice firmer, smoother skin within 4–6 weeks. Best results usually seen around 2–3 months after the 2nd or 3rd session.Sculptra - you may start to see results 6–8 weeks after the first session. Most patients see the biggest difference after the 2nd or 3rd session, often around 3–6 months total. For best long-term maintenance, we recommend one treatment every 6mths for Profhilo Structura, and 12 monthly for Radiesse and Sculptra, or when you begin to see the treatment’s effects wearing away. Combine with Skin Boosters, Exosomes or Polynucleotides to further enhance rejuvenation.📌 Tip: Results are gradual, especially with Sculptra, so patience is key. No, they are not a toxin (like Botox).Biostimulator treatments are not designed to affect facial movement or expressions.They work within the deeper skin layers, rather than the muscles responsible for facial expression. As a result, your natural facial movements remain unchanged, and outcomes are intended to look completely natural.Some temporary swelling or mild tightness may occur after treatment; however, this is short-lived and does not affect normal facial function.
