Skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to improve skin quality, hydration, and radiance by delivering moisture and other beneficial pharmaceuticals directly into the deeper layers of the skin.

How it differs from fillers?

Dermal fillers are viscous and only add volume to specific areas, whereas skin boosters focus on enhancing overall skin quality, hydration, improved texture and elasticity, promoting a natural glow to naturally enhance the skin.

Profhilo - results can last between 6-12 months, but the longevity of the treatment can also depend on the dosage (we use the full amount!).

Seventy Hyal - results can last between 6-9 months. However, top-up treatments are highly recommended within this time if results start to lessen.

Fillmed - results can last up to 6 months.

The frequency of these top-up treatments varies depending on various factors, including the level of skin ageing and the client’s desired results. Some clients may choose to have top-up treatments every 3 months, while others may wait a full 6 months.

Profhilo is an injectable bio-remodelling treatment made from stabilised hybrid hyaluronic acid. Unlike fillers that add volume or contour, Profhilo works by stimulating the skin’s natural regenerative processes — boosting collagen, elastin, and hydration.

• Type: Bio-remodeller (not just a skin booster).

• How it works:

  • Contains stabilised hybrid HA (high & low molecular weight).

  • LMW -Low molecular weight HA → collagen and elastin stimulation (bio-remodelling).

  • HMW -High molecular weight HA → deep hydration and skin structure support.

• This combination remodels the extracellular matrix (ECM), strengthening the skin’s architecture.

• Best for:

  • Skin laxity (looseness, sagging).

  • Improving firmness and elasticity.

  • More mature skin or those showing early signs of aging. Age 30+

Seventy Hyal 2000

• Type: Skin booster (pure HA). Can also be combined with Vitaran Polynucleotides during the same session.

• How it works:

  • Slightly higher molecular weight HA so intensely hydrates and plumps skin (but no LMW)

  • Works more like a “hydrating filler” but without structure/volume.

• Best for:

  • Dehydrated, dull, or tired-looking skin.

  • Boosting radiance and glow.

  • For age 20+ or those mainly needing hydration.

• Longevity: Around 6 months after 2–3 sessions, can last up to 9 months.

NCTF135HA

• Type: Polyrevitalising solution (mesotherapy cocktail).

• Composition:

  • Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (5 mg/ml) for hydration.

  • +50 active ingredients: vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, antioxidants, nucleic acids.

• Main action:

  • Global skin revitalisation and biorevitalisation.

  • Improves hydration, radiance, and overall skin quality.

  • Targets fine lines, texture, and early signs of aging.

• Best for: Dull/tired skin, loss of radiance, mild pigmentation.

  • No added vitamins or cocktail ingredients.

• Main action:

• Best for: Dehydrated, or dry skin.

Skin Boosters that contain a high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid are not suitable to be used directly under the eyes due to the risk of increasing puffiness in the under-eye area.

Yes you can both Seventy Hyal and Vitaran in the same area, during the same session to target a variety of concerns! ie you could have 2ml of Vitaran and 2ml of Seventy Hyal, placed in specific areas ie Viatarn to the pigmented areas, where skin needs repairing, or under the eyes, and Seventy Hyal to the areas that need hydration, or with BAP technique (5 specific points either side of the face to deeply hydrate).

A combination... ​ BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) Technique – 5 standardised points on each side of the face used with Profhilo. ​ Intradermal delivery with a very fine needle, depositing direct to the deeper dermis layer of the skin, (or a little more superfically if targeting with small papules to the 'epidermal junction' within the skin). ​ What is 'NanoSoft®'? - 3 silicone needles all in one device, which are only 0.6mm in length, making the treatment nearly pain-free and suitable for use very close to the eyes with NCTF135HA.

Pre-Treatment Advice:

Please arrive with no make-up on to reduce the risk of infection, and ensure you are well hydrated.

To reduce risk of bruising, swelling, and irritation, please avoid the following before your treatment:

24 hours before:

o Alcohol (increases bruising and swelling).

o Limit caffeine (may increase sensitivity).

3–5 days before:

o Blood-thinning medication (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen) – unless prescribed by your doctor.

o Supplements that increase bruising (fish oils, vitamin E, garlic, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St John’s Wort).

5-7 days before:

o Active skincare (retinol, retinoids, glycolic/salicylic/lactic acid, strong vitamin C).

2 weeks before:

o Chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments.

o Facial hair removal (waxing, threading, depilatory creams, bleaching).

General health:

o Do not attend if you have active skin infections, cold sores, or inflamed acne.

o Treatment is not suitable if you are unwell, on antibiotics, pregnant, or breastfeeding.

What To Expect: After your treatment, you may leave the clinic with lots of small bumps (papules) where the product has been injected. These small bumps gradually disperse over the coming hours..

6-24 hours for NCTF.

12-48 hrs for MHA10.

Profhilo and Seventy Hyal are delivered a little deeper so you don't always see obvious bumps.

12-48 hours with Profhilo 12-48 hours with Seventy Hyal 2000.

Being hydrated before you have your treatment can help these bumps disperse quicker. ​ Small bruising is rare, and usually shows immediately and may last for 3-5 days. There can also be some very mild swelling and tenderness. This is all completely normal and generally reduces within hours. No recovery time is required, and you can return to your daily activities immediately. Aftercare: -Do not wash your face or apply any skincare products until the following day ​ -Do not apply makeup on the area for 24 hours. Once 24 hours has passed and you wish to wear makeup, please ensure your brushes are clean and sanitised -Avoid exercise / sweating for 24 hours ​ -Avoid swimming, sauna’s and spa environments for 48 hours ​ -Sleep on a clean pillowcase at night. ​ -Important to avoid direct sun exposure. Especially tanning beds, for at least 7-14 days ​ -Drink LOTS of water!
