Steps when booking

Choose your treatment and select your preferred date and time on our online calendar.

Complete the Medical Form:

Click "Request": Make sure you proceed to the final screen and click the Request button. If you do not complete this final step correctly, our system will not notify us that you have requested an appointment.

Check Your Inbox: You will receive an email stating your "Appointment Request Pending." it may go to junk.

Once we review your medical form, you will receive a final email stating your "Appointment is Accepted."
⚠️ Please Note: If you do not complete the booking process correctly through to Step 4, we will not receive your request, and your appointment slot will not be held. Please allow up to 48 hours after Step 5 for us to review your form and accept your booking.
No Phone Bookings.
VAGARO APP Westfield Clinic is not listed on the Vagaro App, therefore new customers will not be able to find us and book through the Vagaro app. However, once you have booked via the link above you can then use the App to change your existing appointments only. Links to the App is at the bottom of this page.

CONSULTATIONS - are free, except laser tattoo/SPMU removal, which is £20, and redeemable against your first treatment.
PAYMENTS - Card details are taken to secure the booking. No payment is taken until at your appointment (unless you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50%).
PRE-PAID COURSE - If you have a course of pre-paid treatments, just book your treatment as normal; enter your card details, but you will not be charged.
PURCHASE A COURSE - To purchase a course, you can do this under the 'Packages' tab, or purchase it in the clinic during your appointment.
LASER - If you have not had laser before, or if 6 months have passed from your last appointment, you will require another patch test.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL DISCOUNTS - When booking more than one face area (20% off) or more than one body area (15% off), the correct payment will be charged at your appointment.
MEDICAL INFORMATION - Some treatments require you to complete our medical questionnaire before you book; relevant forms are generated during online booking.
SKIN LESIONS - all skin cell growth/moles/skin tags require written confirmation from your GP or Dermatologist that they are non-malignant before you book your appointment.
