CONSULTATIONS  - are free, except laser tattoo/SPMU removal, which is £20, and redeemable against your first treatment.​

​

PAYMENTS - Card details are taken to secure the booking. No payment is taken until at your appointment (unless you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50%).

​​

PRE-PAID COURSE - If you have a course of treatments, just book your treatment as normal; your card will not be charged.

​

PURCHASE A COURSE - To purchase a course, you can do this under the 'Packages' tab, or purchase it during your appointment.

​

LASER - If you have not had laser before, or if 6 months have passed from your last appointment, you will require another patch test.

​

LASER HAIR REMOVAL DISCOUNTS - When booking more than one face area (20% off) or more than one body area (15% off), the correct payment will be charged at your appointment.​

​

MEDICAL INFORMATION - Some treatments require you to complete our medical questionnaire before you book.

 

SKIN LESIONS - all skin cell growth/moles/skin tags require written confirmation from your GP or Dermatologist that they are non-malignant before you book your appointment.​​
